Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Non-returnable items include personalized products, gift cards, opened sage sticks, candles, soaps, ritualized items, and special offers.
How to Return: Contact us at support@buddhabeadstore.com within 30 days. We’ll provide return instructions. Please use a tracked shipping method. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method. Processing takes 1–2 business days, with 5–7 days to appear in your account. Return shipping is at your expense unless due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Exchanges: Only available for defective or damaged items. Email us promptly with photos for a replacement.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled if not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible for full cancellation and refund.
Gifts: Returns of gifted items are eligible for store credit upon approval.
