    • Opened or used sage sticks, candles, and soaps
    • Items that have undergone rituals or blessings
    • special offer items

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at support@buddhabeadstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
  3. Please ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier. To ensure safe return, we highly recommend using a tracking service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • It may take 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed, and 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
